Storage & Care

  • The toffee apple and pecan flavour is really nice. The cake is the right amount of sweet and the nuts and apple were perfect. The only downside is the icing, its taste and texture didn't suit the kind of cake. Something more cream cheese based would've worked better-but perhaps that then becomes a fridge issue.

  • Tasted wonderful. We were very pleased with it. Caught the Amazon driver placing it on the wrong side up but was only for seconds so the top icing was only slightly displaced. Any longer might not have been so lucky!! Thank you Sponge.

  • I loved this cake I’m not the greatest lover of buttercream and maybe would have liked the apple to be more sour to counteract the sweetness It was an amazingly moist cake , even after a few days
