I've given feedback before when I suggested that I would prefer to taste much more of a flavour in the cake, and fillings and icings. All the Cakes are delicious and beautifully baked but we find they often lack that extra distinction on all the different flavourings I am delighted to say this particular Cake was everything I had hoped for. The tangy fruity depth of the Raspberry flavour throughout this Cake was absolutely spot on and the White Chocolate was also equally delicious without being too sweet. The recipe was perfect in every way.

I have tried other cakes from sponge.co.uk, and must say I liked them better. I found this one too sweet, and that sugar sweetness to be main motive of cake. My young boys haven't finished first slice and the miss said its not your best shot. Should have gone for chocolate or coffe one ;)
