Peppermint Crisp Cake
Mint crisp chocolate sponge with peppermint buttercream, crushed Whitakers mint crisps on top and sugared snowflake sprinkles to decorate.
What's in the mix?
Rich chocolate and free range eggs create a delicious flavoured chocolate sponge. Whitakers mint crisp thins are then placed on top of the sponge mix in the tins when it goes in to the oven so they melt in to the sponge (YUM). Peppermint and vanilla flavours the buttercream, topped with more mint crisps.
Natural peppermint oil is whipped in to the butter to create a refreshing buttercream in the middle. On top you will find a layer of peppermint and chocolate flavoured buttercream.
Add a snowflake flurry over your Peppermint Crisp cake topped with chocolate mint wafers. Find enclosed a cute little bag of sugared snowflakes to decorate your cake. Making it truly festive and merry!

Our Peppermint Crisp cake has two deep layers of chocolate mint crisp sponge which is complimented with a thick layer of peppermint flavoured buttercream in the middle. On top is a chocolate peppermint flavoured buttercream with crushed Whitakers mint crisps. Comes with festive white chocolate snowflake sprinkles for you to decorate at home!
STORAGE - Please store me in an air-tight container in a cosy spot - I don't like being kept in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 6 months.
