Our Spring Pinata Cake has four layers of delicious and rich chocolate sponge which are sandwiched together with a velvety smooth chocolate buttercream. White chocolate buttercream and white chocolate flakes are smothered all over the outside, which give a lovely bit of crunch. To top it all off there is a pretty surprise in the middle - gold chocolate beans & pink and red sugar hearts and it is decorated with edible pink flowers on top.

Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.

Originally concerned that we couldn't get this as a 16 size (Worried that the 8 size would be too small for party of 12). With all the white chocolate frosting and mini chocs in the centre, it could have been overly sickly but was on the right side of very sweet and meant a smaller slice was more than enough with our celebratory fizz! Cake looked really pretty and the surprise centre not only wowed the kids but adults too!
