Storage & Care

Allow the cake to come to room temperature before eating, the butter cream shouldn't be hard!
Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.
Leftovers? Occasion not for a few days? Keep wrapped and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

OmGoodness what a superb cake. It was so moist and full of festive flavours. I have managed to save some by freezing it for the family who could not make it until late January

It was a lovely cake. Moist, fruit, all the taste of a mince pie in a cake. What’s not to love. Just wish it could have come in a smaller size as small family.
