What's In The Mix?
Lemons, flour and free range eggs create a wonderfully zesty and light sponge. Elderflower cordial is whipped in to the buttercream to create a wonderfully thick filling. Decorated on top with more buttercream and little yellow and green flowers.
A thick and creamy layer of elderflower flavoured buttercream holds together this delicious lemon sponge cake.

How do I look?
A pretty Lemon And Elderflower cake with a light and golden sponge full of sweet citrus flavour. It is bound together with elderflower buttercream and topped with pretty little iced flowers.
STORAGE - Please store me in an air-tight container in a cosy spot - I don't like being kept in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 6 months.
