What's In The Mix?
Our Half and Half Cake is full of delicious ingredients including free range eggs, caramel, British butter, chocolate, Biscoff and cinnamon...
Topped with Biscoff crumb on one half and drizzled with chocolate and salted caramel butter pieces on the other.
Chocolate and Caramel: Yummy chocolate and caramel flavours running through the four layers of sponge. It is sandwiched together with a layer of caramel buttercream at the bottom, then a layer of chocolate buttercream, and finally another layer of caramel buttercream. Topped with more chocolate buttercream, a drizzle of chocolate, and crushed salted butter caramel pieces.
Biscoff: A comforting and warming Biscoff cake with a deep caramel flavour and hints of cinnamon and other spices. The sponge is held together with a thick layer of buttercream which is infused with Biscoff spread. More of the Biscoff buttercream is spread over the top and then covered with a generous Biscoff crumb. This speculoos Biscoff cake is full of sugar and spice and all things nice!

How do I arrive?
Our sponge cakes are packaged in secure and robust packaging. The inner box is wrapped around the cake to securely hold it in place so the sides and top do not get damaged in transit. The box also includes a handy cutting guide! It is then put in a strong cardboard outer box for extra protection so it will arrive to you safely.
