Apple and Blackberry Crumble Cake
Our new seasonal special is here - ready for you to cosy up with in the warm this autumn and winter. Real apple pieces and blackberries are scattered through the cinnamon and ginger sponge which is complimented with a thick vanilla buttercream and crumble on top!


What's in the mix?
Real apple and blackberry pieces, cinnamon, ginger and free range eggs make a wonderfully light and tasty sponge. Real butter and natural vanilla flavouring create a luscious buttercream with crumble on top.

How do I look?
Our Apple and Blackberry Crumble Cake is the perfect cake to cosy up with during the colder seasons! It has a beautifully light cinnamon sponge with real apple pieces and blackberries running through it. Generous vanilla buttercream sandwiches the sponge, and it is then topped with crumble to give the cake a lovely crunch.
STORAGE - Please store me in an air-tight container in a cosy spot - I don't like being kept in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 6 months.

How do I arrive?
Our sponge cakes are packaged in secure and robust packaging. The inner box is wrapped around the cake to securely hold it in place so the sides and top do not get damaged in transit. The box also includes a handy cutting guide! It is then put in a strong cardboard outer box for extra protection so it will arrive to you safely.
