Allow the cake to come to room temperature before eating, the butter cream shouldn't be hard!

Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.

Leftovers? Occasion not for a few days? Keep wrapped and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

I ordered the Baby Sponge Cakes as an alternative to a single wedding cake. We used a number of them to make a display on a cake stand and each different flavour had a different colour and style and the mix of them looked fab together. It was great touch as all the guests got to choose their preferred flavour. We ordered them to arrive 2 days before the event to ensure we got them on time and they were moist and tasty and very fresh. They were a special memorable touch to our day and I would definitely recommend them.

We had these for our wedding cakes for guests rather than one or 2 flavours of cake, everyone got to choose a flavour they liked and we had lots of options for dietary requirements. People were able to take their cake home if they didn’t fancy eating it there and then and it was kept fresh in the small box. Everyone commented on how tasty they were!
