• My son for health reasons has to be gluten free,your cakes are the very best ones and we have tried lots before we found sponge.I send him the cake slices they are the same quality as the cakes,they are a superb cake for folk who like a real nice cake.and have to be gluten free.

• Absolutely delicious, you could not tell it was GF.The sponge was so moist and the balance of buttercream and jam was perfect. Actually one of the nicest cakes I’ve ever had and I’m super critical when it comes to all things cake! Thankyou.

• Feedback from the recipients: I really enjoyed it - we both did. When we first tried it we couldn't believe it was gluten free! The packaging was ace too; primarily card, it seemed really thoughtful and sustainable which must be hard to achieve with sending baked goods. It was one piece of card cunningly cut and folded to protect the cake and it arrived in top notch condition. If I was looking to pick fault I would say it could have done with a bit more jam in the middle but really that probably just means i'm greedy. ?
