• Deliciously light gluten free Victoria Sponge, plenty of sumptuous filling of jam and butter icing

• Bought as a birthday cake for my granddaughter (who chose the cake herself) who's Mummy is coeliac, cake, as always, was delicious.

• A wonderful sponge for my husband who is gluten intolerant, but love Victoria Sponges! He really, really likes it. It is a bonus it is freeze-able, because it lasts him for ages. It is too sweet for me, so he gets it all to himself!

• This is the most perfect Victoria sandwich tasting cake ever and I’ve eaten a lot in my 54 years. Soft but heavy sponge, delicious cream and the jam is almost slightly runny. Having it as a gluten free option is perfect when 2 of my 3 daughters are gluten intolerant. For many years on special occasions I’ve purchased gluten-free cakes for my 2 daughters and ‘normal’ cakes for the rest of the family. This and others in the range you sell are nice enough for me to not even think about buying separate cakes when these are so delicious

• Absolutely brilliant gluten-free cake, ordered for my daughters 18th birthday, she wanted a cake that I was able to eat as well, everyone who ate it said they couldn’t tell it was gluten-free and everyone wanted seconds! We will definitely order from here again.

• Definitively a 5* product. Looked amazing, taste just as I remember it from before I took ill in 2008. Great ideas about cutting to size, napkins etc. all ready for an office party or similar - or just an afternoon tea at home.

• The first cake in a previous order the sponge was more moist, then again I might've kept the cakes in too cold storage. But I'm not complaining really! The cakes are exceptional and are still going down a treat!
