Our gluten free cakes are made in a separate coeliac society approved kitchen to our standard cakes, by a team who will only work in that kitchen all day and do not move between kitchens. Ingredients are stored separately and no equipment is shared between the gluten free kitchen and the kitchen where the rest of our cakes are made.

Storage & Care

GET THAT SWEET SPOT

Buttercream loves a gentle warm-up, and brownies need a little patience to reach their soft, gooey magic. Our bakes have been chilling in transit and need time to be their best so if your sponge is a little dry give it some more time.

ROOM TEMP, BEST TEMP

Let your bake rest in their packaging for up to 12 hours or when it reaches room temperature. It will then be at its full, fluffy glory. Cake is always at its best when it’s cosy, not chilly.

KEEP IT FRESH

Pop leftovers in an airtight container and store somewhere cool and dry... no fridge chills or sunbathing, please! Keeping them at room temperature keeps your bakes soft, gooey, and full of joy.

FREEZE FOR FUTURE JOY

Celebration postponed? Wrap your cake carefully and freeze for up to six months. When you’re ready, thaw at room temperature to bring back that soft, fresh-baked magic you love.

Our friend was visiting us after we moved hours away. It was also their birthday, so the cake of the week was perfect. Had the gluten free option so all could enjoy. It was deliciously sweet, perhaps a fraction drier than usual but it was never going to last!

Very attractive cake. The raspberry flavour was good because of the 'bits' in the sponge. Would recommend.

This cake had a gorgeous taste - you could see and taste pieces of fruit and the amount of chocolate was perfect with the flavour being delicate, not overly sweet. A prefect combination and a light sponge.

Tasty gluten free cake, enjoyed by all my family.

Quite sweet for some people but overall very tasty. The consistency of the cake mix was very good. You wouldn't know it was gluten free. Well presented

This cake was amazing. All the people at the party said how exceptionally good the cake was. It looked good and it tasted wonderful.

I thought the cake tasted a bit lacking in real flavour might be my personal taste or because of GF but sponge was delicious as always and ! Looked lovely but taste didn't match the look needs more raspberry punch ! I personally think a blacurrant jam and lemon butter cream ! Would go well or a candy apple one would be great for Autumn special ! But we'll done I will definitely be buying another flavor ! It would give it 3and half ⭐⭐⭐💫

We tried the raspberry and white chocolate gluten-free this time and it was beautiful, so light and moist and not too sweet. I bought the larger size to share as it was for a Birthday but it was gone in a flash!
