• Utterly delicious - no one would know it was Gluten free

• The cake was fantastic - four of the people eating it were not gluten intolerant and we all loved it!

• Very hard to get a nice gluten free cake, they tend to be very dry and crumbly. The lemon cake was good texture, nice flavour. Only improvement could be a little more lemon drizzle and white chocolate on top. Yummy

• This was a really lovely, lemony cake. I can remember 'ordinary' cakes from before I was diagnosed as coeliac and had given up hope of finding comparable gluten-free cakes but Sponge has excelled in creating light, moist and very more-ish cakes.
