• Excellent texture and flavour. Icing could be done a bit differently.

• Nice flavour and just right amount of frosting.

• Lovely moist cake and very much enjoyed by everyone (even those that don’t have gluten intolerance!) The icing in the middle was a bit sweet for me but others at the party disagreed and thought it was delicious!

• It's so enjoyable to eat a gluten free cake that's so moist & full of flavour. They don't dry out like some GF cakes do bought elsewhere. The family even if not all needing GF comment at how lovely the Lemon Drizzle cake was. Top marks.
