• Ordered for my sons 21st, for him and his flat mates . I didn’t actually see or taste the cake but apparently it was delicious .

• The sponge was light and fluffy and the icing was delicious it was well packaged so it arrived in perfect condition.

• This was a gift for our daughter and she said (along with her 3 1/2 year old twins) that it was the best cake ever!! and u would never know that it was gluten free. Couldnt stop eating it.

• The cake was exceptional. Gluten free cakes are usually dry, gritty and too sweet. This one was moist, flavourful, totally delicious. I will definitely be ordering again.

• Totally delicious and moist, you would never know it was a gluten free cake. Yummy treacley flavour, best of both worlds with caramel and chocolate marbled together.

• Omg, the best gluten free birthday cake I’ve ever tasted. So moist and airy, not at all stodgy and the perfect amount of buttercream. It looked amazing and tasted even better. It also kept really well in the microwave and the little napkins was a lovely touch.

• Loved it. This is the third cake I have ordered and again it has not disappointed. Really lovely sponge cake and great flavour. You would not know it was gluten free. Would highly recommend cakes from Sponge. Really easy to order abs delivery was on time.

• My son said this was the best cake he had ever eaten. He has coeliac disease, and often gluten free cakes taste a bit stale. This cake was perfect in every way.

• Our daughter was recently diagnosed with Coeliacs disease so needs a strict gluten free diet and as a result it’s a struggle to get her to eat anything even cakes and chocolate. I took a chance with the gluten free chocolate cake and it brought tears to my eyes to see her eat every last bit and thoroughly enjoy it. I can’t thank you enough for creating a food our daughter not only enjoys but will not cause her any issues.

• I loved the blend of chocolate and caramel that was not too sweet. The butter icing was the best part. The cake was delivered on 23rd to be eaten on 26th and it tasted moist and fresh. Thanks to the packaging too. My only gripe is that the plastic Happy Birthday topper broke as soon as I tried to insert it! Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

• It was excellent to find a company which offered a gluten free range of products. The cake was bought for my son’s 14th birthday. Simple to order, delivered in plenty of time and it tasted amazing. Very moist and the ratio of cake to icing was perfect so it wasn’t sickly sweet but still indulgent.

• Excellent cake, sometimes gluten free can come dry with a crumbly texture. This was lovely well flavoured and was enjoyed by all!

• Actually tasted of what it was, many GF are very disappointing. This was a joy.

• Lovely moist cake - wouldn't know it was GF. Delivery was very fast and we opened it 2 days after arrival and it was still perfectly fresh.

• Would highly recommend Sponge, we have the chocolate and caramel cake for 8 which was more than enough. The cake was beautifully moist, you wouldn’t know that is was gluten free ( unlike many others GF brands). Would love to see more/new options to keep us coming back

• Loved the double layer of the cake , so moist and flavoursome. Definitely couldnt tell it was gluten free .

• This made a nice change as we normally have the chocolate cake. The sponge was light and fluffy the buttercream had a nice caramel taste to it. I would guess the sponge was made using oil which always makes a better sponge as it was not dry and claggy
