• This is one amazing cake ? My husband is GF and any shop-bought GF cakes we’ve had have always been dry and tasteless. This is light, moist and absolutely delish!! My daughter and I (who are not GF) declared it the best cake we’d ever had, and tried to persuade my husband it wasn’t GF after all, so sadly he couldn’t have any more and we’d have to finish it for him....?

• Moist, tasty and full of flavour. Just yummy. We ordered for a specific day and it came on that day. Packed well and looked great when unpacked. It didn’t last long once opened. Will be ordering again.

• I ordered this as a surprise birthday cake to be delivered for my daughters 21st birthday during national lockdown. My daughter said it was one of the best gluten free cakes she had tasted. They can sometimes be very dry and unappealing based on previous purchases elsewhere. She said this one from Sponge was really very good and would recommend them to others for gluten free cake. Slightly let down by DHL delivery but the cake was delicious.
