• All of your other cakes have had a better texture and not been as sweet, this was too sweet and very crumbly the Elizabeth and carrot cake have had a much better texture

• Absolutely treat. Easy to order, came when expected. Taste sensation, others who ate the cake who aren’t gluten free, couldn’t believe a gluten free cake tasted so good. Will 100% order again.

• Cake was moist and delicious. The first time I’ve had a 16 slice, it looked like a special occasion cake and tasted like one. As an update, I previously bought the individual cakes and they were great having frozen and defrosted them.

• Nice tasting cake and lovely butter icing. But Sadly we all had bad stomachs the next day after eating the cake. Really not too happy as the cake was not run of the mill I could have bought cheap from any supermarket but wanted something special for my husbands 40th!

• An unusual combination and not always available quickly, I was asked to bring 2 large cakes to a social in a few days time. Imagine my terror because they had to also be gluten free! • Besides the fact that the delivery person thought it was a good idea to bash in the box and smooshed the cake slightly, the cake itself was absolutely fantastic. Tasted great, full of flavour without being ridiculously sweet and very moist. So many gluten free cakes are like eating a mouth full of sand. This wasn't. Fantastic!

• I haven’t eaten it but the recipient couldn’t guess the actual flavour, thought coffee and walnut. Whatever the flavour it was they found it very tasty and moist.

• Gluten free tend to be dry, do maybe more filling to alleviate this
