GET THAT SWEET SPOT

Buttercream loves a gentle warm-up, and brownies need a little patience to reach their soft, gooey magic. Our bakes have been chilling in transit and need time to be their best so if your sponge is a little dry give it some more time.

ROOM TEMP, BEST TEMP

Let your bake rest in their packaging for up to 12 hours or when it reaches room temperature. It will then be at its full, fluffy glory. Cake is always at its best when it’s cosy, not chilly.

KEEP IT FRESH

Pop leftovers in an airtight container and store somewhere cool and dry... no fridge chills or sunbathing, please! Keeping them at room temperature keeps your bakes soft, gooey, and full of joy.

FREEZE FOR FUTURE JOY

Celebration postponed? Wrap your cake carefully and freeze for up to six months. When you’re ready, thaw at room temperature to bring back that soft, fresh-baked magic you love.

We’ve made it possible for our baby sponges to be transformed into edible Christmas tree decorations. That’s right, these Baby Baubles are the new Christmas Tree ornaments to adorn your tree with this year.

These cute cakes come in beautifully designed Christmas themed boxes, and we provide the ribbons that allow you to transform them into Xmas baubles. The flavours in the traditional baby bauble box are; Victoria, Lemon, Chocolate, and Coffee. They are available in packs of 4 or 8, or you could order a couple of boxes if you want to cover the tree. Please be aware that our Baby sponges have a shelf life of up to 7 days (depending on flavour) however, you’ll be pleased to know that you can freezer the baby baubles in their individual boxes and packaging and get them out closer to Christmas to hang on your tree, ready for the whole family to enjoy. Our Baby Baubles also come in gluten free, and vegan options too. Perfect as celebration cakes for the festive period for everyone, and the perfect gift for a friend or family member!

Baby sponges are individually wrapped to keep them fresh, if you are putting them on display for a big celebration (like a wedding), we recommend you leave them in their packaging and put them out as late as possible. They are best served at room temperature and can even be frozen for up to 6 months to save for later! Once you are ready for them, just take them out of the freezer and leave them in a nice cosy spot for 24 hours and they will be ready to enjoy!
