• Value for money, great quality, wonderful presentation and such a different idea

• Baby sponges were a gift for a friend and I didn’t taste them but I know my friend loved the cakes. I Thought it was very good value a great gift the cakes looked lovely and especially liked the way you can include a card and serviettes just made a wonderful gift thank you.

• Slightly different flavours to traditional sponge cakes but very tasty all the same. Plenty of depth to the sponges which means you feel like you are actually biting into something. They taste divine.

• The mini assorted quirky flavour selection box was sent as a 75th birthday surprise for my mum. She absolutely loved it! Apparently it arrived beautifully presented and the cakes all tasted so delicious they couldn’t pick a favourite. The addition to be able to buy candles is a nice touch, although my dad thought the 7 and 5 were too nice to burn!! He was persuaded! Such a great way to add bit of sparkle and a smile to otherwise difficult lockdown birthday celebrations at the moment. I’ll definitely be sending again for a 50th and 80th coming up soon.

• Exceptional quality of sponge cakes. The flavours were an unusual combination, but were thoroughly enjoyed by my friend on her birthday.

• The selection is good, and gives an option for most people so even if the recipient doesn't like one flavour, they are sure to like at least one of the cakes. I bought as a gift and got very good feedback, particularly on the chocolate orange which was described as 'delicious!'.

• So nice, a gift to share with all. The little cakes were given to others while she had one for herself. A special birthday even in lockdown.

• Really good size. As previously mentioned I thought they seem a little small at first but they are a good size for sampling the other flavours. Would be good to have a box with all the flavours.

• The selection of the 4 different baby cakes is such a good idea. It means that the recipient doesn't have to eat too much cake at once and for someone on their own, it is more manageable than a whole cake. The possibility of freezing the cakes to enjoy at a later date and spread the eating pleasure is great. I wish someone would order one for me!!!

The balloons candles party poppers presentation and the little card were so lovely the drinks and they actually said it was best gift they could have received in the lockdown it made them feel really special Thanks so much they are now thinking of ordering one for their friends birthday xx
