Deliciously fruity mincemeat is baked into our signature gluten free slice with mixed spice and brown sugar. It's sandwiched together with a white as snow vanilla butter icing and topped with more vanilla icing and a festive crumble. A perfect slice to enjoy over the festive season with a Christmas tipple or a cup of tea!
