Think cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts, plump sultanas and freshly grated carrots, all combined in a rich, moist, indulgent sponge. Finished off with natural lemon buttercream and crunched walnuts top.
Sugar, self raising flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat), raising agents (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), xanthan gum), rapeseed oil, eggs, carrot, butter (milk), walnuts, sultanas, cinnamon, raising agent (diphosphates, sodium bicarbonate), nutmeg, xanthan gum.
ALLERGENS IN BOLD. Made in a bakery which handles gluten, eggs, nuts, milk, soya & sulphites.
