• This is our favourite sponge so far. Really moist and great flavour. Butter cream is delicious.

• My only other thought was the crumble topping was very fine, I thought it might have had a little more crunch. This is not a criticism just a personal thought. Thank you all at Sponge uk.

• Everyone who shared my cake said it was delicious, although some couldn’t quite make out that it was apple crumble. My Sister-in-law said a couple of her family found it rather sweet, a matter of personal taste I presume. Overall a really good product.

• Really liked the apple crumble cake. Tasted very similar to a carrot cake with the icing and the cinnamon flavour but still great

• As this cake was sent to my friend for occasion of her birthday I didn’t actually taste but my friend said this cake was delicious and tasted like a lovely soft carrot cake with lovely apple crumble topping which just made it so more scrumptious
