• The sponge is beautifully made with large apple pieces and a lovely cinnamon flavoured buttercream

• Possibly my favourite so far. A huge cake! Light and soft with soft apple pieces and a lovely cinnamon topping. Just divine.

• Love this flavour my 2nd best after the red velvet. You can’t go wrong with any of theses cakes the freshness and taste in amazing. And not too sweet just the perfect blend of apples

• So moist, with finely judged use of cinnamon, perfect size pieces of apple, and love the crunchy “crumble” on top. Irresistible. Hard to choose between this and the Sticky Toffee Pudding sponge .

• The cake was for a get well wish and a birthday combined- my friends reported very positively about the quality, size and presentation- so a success- thank you!

• This is a beautiful cake, moist flavourful and absolutely delicious. My husband has been eating chunks of it daily (despite being on a diet!) My daughter wanted the top layer to her self and mum and dad keep sneaking slices! I'll have to order 2 next time!

• My friend said it was delicious. Tasted great. Very moist but cut well. Her favourite part was the topping. I suggested that if it dried out she could have it warm with custard. (She agreed a great idea, but it didn’t dry out or last long enough). Very generous size for 8 people.

• Great tasty cake with lovely icing which was not too sweet for my lovely sister who does not have a sweet tooth - another flavour that I love but still more to choose from

• It was so squidgy and moist and melted in the mouth, you could smell the flavours of tbe cake straight away , my husband said its the best cake he has ever had and there was loads spare to eat as well

• Enjoyed the flavours, texture and everything about it. A firm favourite in this house.
