• Cannot comment fully on this as I had to cut it up and freeze it so only tasted a few crumbs - yummy! This carrot cake order was changed to a Lemmon drizzle.

• My grandson is the gluten free chap and your range of gluten free cakes is very impressive. He chose the carrot cake which was much enjoyed by us 4 adults and the other two children. The cake was moist and very tasty with the 'all spice' flavouring. The cream between the layers was also 'juicy'. So all in all a treat. It also stretched to about 10 of us!

My husband was delighted with the cake, it’s the first time he’s been able to eat a cake without realising it’s gluten free - it was that good! Moist, just the right amount of nutmeg.
