• Really happy with the cake. I shared it with my family who are non gluten free and they were also impressed with it. Tasty and moist. I loved the napkins that came with it, I thought they were nice added touch!

• The cake was delicious. Light sponge, gorgeous cream cheese buttercream filling and topped off with cream cheese buttercream covered with crushed nuts. I’m not gluten free but I must say I wouldn’t have known it was gluten-free. I could have eaten the whole lot, Devine.

• Carrot cake is now a much more common cake to be found on most supermarket shelves. But when trying to order in a larger cake, for a larger function, you try find it! Sponge not only took up the reins but they delivered a truly authentic, gluten free, cake, decorated and ready to go for any party! Thanks so much.

• Being gluten free, generic cakes off the shelf aren’t necessarily that good. Dry & utterly boring. These cakes from Sponge are in a league of their own

• The cake was beautifully moist and packed with nuts and flavour. A gluten free must try for the coeliacs but also for the rest of the family who said they couldn’t tell it was gluten free anyway. A really nice birthday cake, equally as nice as the gluten free chocolate and caramel one we ordered last time and will be returning to try more another time.

• This cake was really complex in flavour, with the walnuts, cinnamon etc. The filling was delicious. It managed to be very rich without being over-sweet. Personally I am not the cake eater in the family but I could eat some of this every day
