At Sponge, we think every celebration deserves something really special, and for us that means a freshly baked cake delivered straight to your door. Whether you’re planning a birthday surprise, treating yourself to a classic Victoria sponge, or sending a box of gluten-free brownies to someone you love, ordering online is simple and stress-free.
From Baby Sponge cakes to showstopping wedding centrepieces, everything we make is baked by hand using quality ingredients. Our range includes vegan treats, carrot cake, red velvet, lemon sponge and more – all carefully packed so they arrive looking (and tasting) just as good as they did in our bakery.
How it works
Standard delivery
Order at least 2 days in advance and we’ll bake your cake and deliver it in time for your chosen date. Perfect for planning ahead and thoughtful gifting.
Express & next day delivery
Need a cake in a hurry? Order by 2pm for faster dispatch, available most days across many UK towns and cities.
Collection
If you’re local, you can collect your order from us free of charge. Just select collection at checkout to see available slots. We’re based in Holt, Norfolk – ideal if you’re visiting North Norfolk on holiday and need a cake while you’re here.
Where we deliver
We deliver to most UK addresses, from big cities like Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff and London to plenty of towns and villages in between. We also offer seasonal bakes throughout the year – from Mother’s Day treats to festive favourites at Christmas – so there’s always something worth sending (or keeping for yourself!)
