We’ve also added Vegan Brownies to our vegan range, we currently have two vegan brownie flavours available – our vegan chocolate brownie and our vegan biscoff Brownie. Just like our cakes we spent a lot of time getting our vegan brownie recipe right, and we put them to the test by sending them out to some of our vegan friends for their opinions. If you want to order a cake in advance for a special occasion or there’s just too much delicious cake for one sitting you can keep the cake in the freezer. Once you are ready for your cake take it out of the freezer and leave it in a cosy spot for 24 hours – then it’ll be ready to enjoy!
