I've been charged multiple times

During the checkout payment process our payment provider may attempt to authorise payment multiple times.

This is part of a fraud check to ensure that the registered address of the card matches the details provided.

If the address details are updated after a payment attempt, this can result in an additional authorisation attempt. Some online banking platforms may show these as pending transactions, so it can appear that we have charged your card multiple times when we have not. These can take a day or so to disappear.

If after a day or so, the pending charges have turned in to actual payments, please get in touch and we will immediately look in to it.
