• My cake orders (2 so far) superseded any sponge cake from supermarkets I’ve bought in the past, usually I bake own but these sponges better than mine. I’ll stick to baking my carrot & coconut cakes but use this company for sponges!

• Lovely, moist tasty cake. Cannot say which slice was our favourite because they ALL were!

• Made for a very special Valentine's weekend for hubby and I (with a bit left over for another time). Kept us entertained over Valentine's weekend while in lockdown. Shared each piece and scored each slice. All scores were high and all got "have again" status!

• Brilliant idea to have a cake made up of different slices of other cakes - it allows all family members to enjoy it according to their preference. This was a real treat at a difficult time.
