• It’s the first gluten free cake we’ve found that you can’t tell is gluten free (unless cooked at home). It's a very deep sponge and scrumptious too. We’re already planning our next purchase and highly recommend. Delicious.

• These are exceptionally good cakes. I love the carrot cake (gluten free) which is difficult to buy anywhere else but usually have to buy the choc one as I’m outnumbered! Tastes like a regular cake and lovely and moist not dried up!

• My wife has coeliac disease and must have gluten free food - so on her birthday I ordered a gluten free cake for eight people. However, due to lockdown there were just two of us. So cake divided into eight sections are two on birthday, two the next day and froze four! This cake was a triumph! • Absolutely the very lightest and most delicious gluten free cake I have ever bought. The family opinion (the ones still at home) was that it was just like the better home made gluten free. The sugar balance was perfect for us, usually bought cakes are too sweet. The decoration was likewise balanced so that the sponge could be appreciated to the full. the only adjustment I would make as a plain chocoholic would be the addition of that dark chocolate! This was a 'test' cake for me as there are several family birthdays and a new arrival due before Christmas so I now know I can send a cake for any occasion with confidence.Thank you all:)
