Our gluten free cakes are made in a separate kitchen to our standard cakes, by a team who will only work in that kitchen all day and do not move between kitchens. Ingredients are stored separately and no equipment is shared between the gluten free kitchen and the kitchen where the rest of our cakes are made.

My family ordered me a Gluten & Dairy Free Victoria/Chocolate Half and Half for Mothers Day opting for a slightly earlier delivery date to ensure I can enjoy some throughout the weekend!! I’ve just eaten two wedges, one of each flavour of course and honestly, it was absolutely sublime!! The level of sweetness was just right, the sponge beautifully light and the dairy-free icing creamy and moreish! I can hardly wait till tomorrow/Sunday when I can relish eating more slices! Innovative idea for a cake. It was my husband's and my birthday this week. He loves Victoria Sponge and I love chocolate. We were both happy with the cake. Really delicious and moist. My husband is incredibly picky and was shocked when I told him it was gluten/dairy free.
