Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer rewards a referrer with 10% off their next purchase, and offers the referrer's friend 15% off their first purchase.
  2. In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Sponge and therefore not placed an order with us before.
  3. We may change, extend or withdraw this offer at any time and without notice.
  4. This offer can’t be used along with any of our other discount codes or offers, including Sponge of the Week.
  5. This offer is not available to Sponge employees.
  6. Referrer: To qualify for this offer the referrer must:
    • Be an existing Sponge customer.
    • Hold a Sponge account.
    • Not refer themselves to Sponge.
  7. We’ll send an email to the referrer which will include a code they will need to give to the friend they are referring.
  8. The referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned.
  9. Rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date earned by the referrer.
  10. Referral codes must not be published to discount code aggregation sites, eg My Voucher Code, Honey etc. We reserve the right to cancel scheme membership or any earned codes as a result of this.
