Club Membership Refunds

It is the responsibility of the member to keep track of their club subscription. All membership plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless enrolment was during order checkout, and we make it clear when signing up that this is the case.

We do not offer any refunds for Sponge Club membership or unused membership months.
