• My daughter was delighted with her prosecco and strawberry sponge cake. Could hardly believe it was gluten free.

• A luxuriously tall and good looking cake with definite flavours of strawberry and Prosecco. Texture quite ‘bread-y’ but we liked it. It dried out quite quickly so would advise that it’s eaten on the day it arrives (which is no hardship!). We were very pleased with our purchase.

• For a gluten free cake it was particularly moist and spongy and didn't immediately crumble into a thousand pieces like many do. It tasted great and kept fresh for the full seven days and made a perfect birthday cake.

• We really enjoyed the cake though we thought it a bit too sweet , otherwise I would have given it a 5 star. We still love the Carrot cake best so far

• It was ok! Not the best and a bit dry but it has been hot weather that might have contributed? Bit sweet but the other cakes are gorgeous I won’t be put off by one cake I wasn’t in love with
