All our delicious brownies are hand-baked on our site in Holt, Norfolk. They’re carefully packed and delivered straight to your door, ready to enjoy when you are.
Do your boxes really fit through the letterbox?
Absolutely - they’re cleverly designed to be delivered right through the letterbox, even if you’re not home.
What if I'm not in on the day of delivery?
Our brownies are designed to be posted through the letterbox so you never have to worry about someone not being at home on the day of delivery.
Can I send a personalised message or gift note?
You can add your own greeting at checkout and we’ll pop it on the box, so you can say happy birthday, congratulations or thank you to a teacher, even if you're not there in person.
Do you cater for dietary needs?
We do – we pride ourselves on gluten‑free brownies and vegan brownie boxes that don’t compromise on flavour. They're so good, you won't know they're not our standard brownies!
How long do your brownies last?
The shelf-life for all our brownies is 6-10 days from day of dispatch, however, we doubt you'll be able to keep your hands off them for that long anyway!
Can I freeze brownies?
You can freeze brownies - if you have leftovers or want to save some to enjoy later, pop them in the freezer for up to six months. Just make sure to defrost them and bring the brownies up to room temperature before serving.
Can I send brownies as a gift?
Yes! Just enter the address of your recipient as the delivery address when placing your order, and we'll deliver straight to them - our brownies can be posted through a letterbox, so you don't even have to worry if they'll be in or not.
