Victoria Sponge Cake - Our award-winning Victoria Sponge Cake has a light and fluffy vanilla sponge which is sandwiched together with strawberry jam and a generous layer of vanilla buttercream. It is finished on top with a delicate dusting of icing sugar.
Chocolate Cake - A delicious and indulgent chocolate sponge which is sandwiched together with thick chocolate buttercream. On top you will find a creamy white chocolate icing with a smattering of delicious milk chocolate flakes.
Lemon Drizzle Cake - The sponge is infused with natural lemon oil and made with free range eggs to create a light and fluffy citrus cake. Natural lemon oil is also used in the buttercream and white chocolate is drizzled on top.
Carrot Cake - Our Carrot Cake is rich and indulgent with cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts, plump sultanas and freshly grated carrots running through it. The sponge is matched perfectly with a generous layer of vanilla buttercream and crunchy walnuts on top.
Coffee Cake - Our Coffee Cake has coffee infused in to the sponge and is held together with a sumptuously thick layer of coffee butter icing. The flavour is not too strong and not too weak - it's just right! It has a sprinkling of delicious chocolate coffee beans on top for added crunch.
Pinata Cake - Our Pinata Cake has a rich and deep four layered chocolate sponge cake, smothered in chocolate buttercream and chocolate flakes, with a fun and colourful surprise centre. Perfect for celebrations no matter what your age!
