Scotland: W/C 15th August 2022. Most school students return on Tuesday 16th August 2022 – please check with your school for exact term dates for your children.
England: W/C 29th August 2022. For many students the term will start on Thursday 1st September 2022 – please check with your school for exact term start dates for your children.
Wales: W/C 29th August 2022. For many students in Wales the term will start on Thursday 1st September 2022 – please check with your school for exact term start dates for your children.
Northern Ireland: W/C 29th August 2022. For most students in Northern Ireland the term will start on Thursday 1st September 2022 – please check with your school for exact term start dates for your children.
So, as you can see, the summer holidays will be over before you know it for many students in the UK. Noticeably Scottish schools go back around two weeks earlier than the rest of the nation, so if you are based in Scotland, or know someone who is, you’ll need to be preparing for their return to school.
