Whole Cakes
Cakes are a great way to please the family, and we have lots of flavours to choose from in our whole cakes range:
Lemon Cake – The sponge is infused with natural lemon oil and made with free range eggs to create a light and fluffy citrus cake. Natural lemon oil is also used in the buttercream and white chocolate is drizzled on top.
Carrot Cake – Grated carrot, cinnamon, walnuts, plump sultanas, free range eggs, and a hint of nutmeg make up this rich and juicy sponge. Naturally flavoured vanilla buttercream with crunch walnut pieces on top.
Millionaires Cake – Half of the sponge is hand-made with natural vanilla flavouring and free range eggs and the other half is made with indulgent chocolate. Caramel and natural toffee flavouring create a luxurious buttercream. Pretty drizzled milk and white chocolate on the top.
Red Velvet Cake – Free range eggs, cocoa and beetroot powder and natural yoghurt create a striking deep red sponge. British butter and natural vanilla flavouring create a velvety buttercream. It is finished with a pretty red crumb on the top.
Apple Crumble Cake – Real apple pieces, juicy sultanas, cinnamon and free range eggs make a wonderfully light and tasty sponge. Real butter and natural vanilla flavouring create a luscious buttercream with crumble on top.

Raspberry and White Chocolate Brownie – The perfect blend of gooey rich chocolate, sharp raspberries and sweet white chocolate. Raspberry pieces and white chocolate chunks run through the middle, and on the top is a pretty raspberry and white chocolate drizzle with a sprinkling of delicious raspberry pieces. Yum.
