On the 12th of June 2021 it’s world gin day! This day is the global celebration of all things gin! It’s a favourite tipple of a lot of people, often it’s a summer treat to enjoy a lovely gin and tonic in the garden relaxing. Natural lemon oil is also used in the buttercream and white chocolate is drizzled on top.
