My order is late / where is my order?

We work hard to dispatch our cakes on time to arrive on the selected delivery date.

Unfortunately in some cases, such as where there are higher than average volumes of deliveries, transit vehicle breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control, it can sometimes take longer for orders to be delivered.

If your order has not been delivered on the day or within the parameters of the service you have chosen, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue in accordance with our delivery policy.

With deliveries we highly recommend allowing 2 days for delivery just in case of any delays with the courier and we have a pop up message during the ordering process to advise customers of this.
