What's In The Mix...
The sponge is made from free range eggs, half is flavoured with natural vanilla flavouring and the other half is flavoured with natural strawberry flavouring. These are swirled together to create a vanilla and strawberry marbled sponge. In the middle you will find strawberry flavoured buttercream and vanilla buttercream on top with some pretty sugar butterflies.
Sweet Strawberry Buttercream
In the middle of the sponge you will find a deliciously thick and creamy natural strawberry flavoured buttercream.
The swirled sponge is topped with naturally vanilla flavoured buttercream and sprinkled with pretty little sugar butterflies in purple, pink and white. These give a bit of added crunch and sweetness to the cake.
