What's In The Mix
The sponge is made from free range eggs, soaked juniper berries, lime zest and juice to create a refreshing and zesty cake. Gordon's Gin is whipped in to the butter and sugar to create a thick and boozy buttercream in the middle and on top. Candied lemons decorate the top to give some extra texture and zing!
Our gin-tastic buttercream is made with lashings of Gordon's gin to create a deliciously boozy filling and topping. *Contains Alcohol
