Our Lemon and Lime Cake is made up of half Lemon Drizzle and half Zucchini & Lime Cake. This summery half and half cake is bursting full of zingy flavours.

Indulge in our wonderfully zesty Lemon and Lime Half and Half Sharing Cake - featuring our Lemon Drizzle Cake and Zucchini & Lime Cake. The perfect way to enjoy two of our delicious summery flavours together with friends and family!
Half Lemon Drizzle: The sponge is infused with natural lemon oil and made with free range eggs to create a light and fluffy citrus cake. Natural lemon oil is also used in the buttercream and white chocolate is drizzled on top.
Half Zucchini and Lime: The three layers of sponge are made with fresh courgettes and lime flavouring to create a wonderfully light and airy sponge. The buttercream is flavoured with lime and crunchy, salty chopped pistachios sit on top.

Storage & Care

Allow the cake to come to room temperature before eating, the butter cream shouldn't be hard!

Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.

Leftovers? Occasion not for a few days? Keep wrapped and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Eat the cake straight out of the fridge or freezer - the cakes needs to be up to room temperature.

The sponge was order to thank my mum for looking after me as I have been critically and have had to move back in with parents The sponge was a well received gift, which all of us can enjoy, the lemon drizzle is always a crowd pleaser. The lime & zucchini is so moist and the buttercream is just enough to balance the taste sensation that is in your mouth 😋

the lemon half was really nice tasted home made / i didnt like all the bits of lime in sponge too many of them . and cake did not hold together as not enough filling to secure sponges together havebought befor from you might buy again .do you make just a plainvictoria sponge with raspberry jam .
