Treat mum to a vegan Victoria sponge with a twist; this cake has not one, not two, but THREE layers of vegan buttercream and strawberry jam. And if that isn’t enough to scream THANK YOU! To Mum, we’ve finished it off with a topping of beautiful rose petals.
