Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.

Our gluten free cakes are made in a separate kitchen to our standard cakes, by a team who will only work in that kitchen all day and do not move between kitchens. Ingredients are stored separately and no equipment is shared between the gluten free kitchen and the kitchen where the rest of our cakes are made.

This cake is deliciously moist and light. Personally would have liked it a little more zesty as I couldn't really taste the lime. Nonetheless a very tasty cake!

AS commented above, the guests who ate the gluten free Zucchini and Lime sponge liked it very much. Moreover, those who tasted both, were impressed by not being able to detect any difference in texture or flavour.. I was not one of the people who tried both versions. I left it too late. It had all gone.
