You whip with air, it’s fudgy in there, everyone loves a brownie! Honestly, brownies are delicious little treats, that can be enjoyed on many occasions. They make great alternatives to birthday cakes, but unlike cakes, brownies are actually classified as finger foods, so they don’t sit in the same classification as baked goods.
Here’s a little bit of history for you; The first brownie recipe (brownies as we know them at least) to appear in print was in the 1896 Boston Cooking-School Cook Book, written by Fannie Farmer. So, one of our favourite treats, in the grand scheme of baking, is actually a fairly new concept. Although, there was a recipe in the 1897 Sears, Roebuck Catalogue which was for a treacle sweet which was called brownies. To find out more about the history of brownies read our blog.

Our rich melt-in-the-mouth Salted Caramel Brownies are the perfect blend of salty and sweet. The middle is gooey and fudgy with a crispy top, which is decorated with a chocolate drizzle and salted caramel chunks. Warning - can be addictive.
Free range eggs, English butter, quality dark chocolate, gluten free flour and cocoa powder make up the base and then creamy caramel is swirled in to the brownie batter to create this gooey salty sweet goodness. It is finished off with a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkling of crushed crunchy salted butter pieces.
Vegan Half and Half Brownies
Enjoy both our Vegan Brownie flavours in one go with our Vegan Half and Half Brownie! Made up of half of our delicious Vegan Speculoos Brownie and half of our rich Vegan Chocolate Brownie. You'd never believe vegan brownies could taste this good!
Quality dark chocolate, cocoa powder and vegan chocolate chunks, speculoos spread and speculoos crumb, gluten free flour, soya milk, and coconut oil.
Half is made up with our Vegan Speculoos Brownie - topped with a generous layer of speculoos spread and covered with a crunchy speculoos crumb. The other half is our Vegan Chocolate Brownie - which is super fudgy in the middle with yummy vegan chocolate chunks running through it and vegan chocolate drizzled on top.

If you’re ordering a brownie for a special occasion, we recommend selecting the delivery date for a day or two before you require your order to make sure it is there in plenty of time. This is in case there are problems with the delivery (breakdowns, exceptional circumstances, or events). Our brownies have either a10 day life from the date of dispatch, so even if they arrive a day or two early, they will still be fresh and delicious on your special occasion.
