Norfolk Day is celebrated on the 27th July – the purpose of Norfolk Day is to celebrate everything wonderful about Norfolk. If you’ve never visited Norfolk in the UK, you should make a plan to one day, it really does have everything you need in one place. Norwich is your main destination and a good base place, there’s a rich history in the city, with many architecturally beautiful buildings, and long with many entertainment venues including Norwich Theatre Royal, and a range of brilliant shops and restaurants. If you’re more interested in a quiet visit with nature of the beach, you can enjoy all walks of life in this wonderful county. You only need to drive a short distance to get to the forested areas and the Norfolk broads, and the beach is quite easily accessible from Norwich, you can get to a beach in about 30 minutes by car or train. Or travel a bit further and go to the North Norfolk coast to enjoy some of the wonderful scenery and delights such as some Cromer crab.
