Lemons, gluten free flour and free range eggs create a wonderfully zesty and light sponge. Elderflower cordial is whipped into the buttercream to create a wonderfully thick filling. Decorated on top with yellow buttercream and little yellow and green flowers.
It’s a great cake to share this spring at small gatherings or to send to your loved ones if you can’t see them in person. These cakes make wonderful gifts for spring, and would also make an amazing gluten free birthday cake.
