Our brownie adventure has been thrilling so far, with lots of our lovely customers giving us great feedback on our brownies. We wanted to create great tasting brownies that will be crowd-pleasers, that’s why we set out to create delicious fudgy, gooey brownies that are suitable for gluten free diets too. The great thing about out brownies is that although they are gluten free brownies, they taste just as good as a standard brownie does. But we wanted to expand this further, beyond just adding new flavours, we wanted to ensure that everyone got the opportunity to enjoy a delicious brownie.
So, we’ve got an early Veganuary gift for you all! Just in time for festivities too! We’ve released our first vegan brownie! Yes, they are gluten free and vegan brownies, and they are really delicious. They’re great if you’re looking for a gluten free and dairy free brownie as a treat, why should you miss out because of dietary requirements. Everyone deserves a scrumptious brownie to enjoy. We thought we’d go with a flavour that everyone will love because sometimes simple is better. So, we’ve gone with a Vegan Chocolate Brownie!
You'd never believe vegan brownies could taste this good! Our Vegan Chocolate Brownie is super fudgy in the middle with yummy vegan chocolate chunks running through it. It has a deliciously crisp outer shell with melted vegan chocolate drizzled over the top. Double doses of delicious vegan chocolate fill these yummy vegan brownies. Combined with gluten free flour (yes, they are gluten free too!), soya milk, and coconut oil. Vegan chocolate is also drizzled all over the top for added crunch.
As with all of our brownies, our vegan brownies sit outside the norm too. Rather than the traditional square brownies, we’ve created round brownies that you can cut into 8 delicious wedges, that way everyone gets to have the best bit of the brownie and no-one misses out!
