Cake Storage
A great thing to know about our cakes is that you can freeze them for up to 6 months! This is fantastic news if you are planning a party or an event in advance or even just want to save some cake for later. You can place the cake in the freezer with whole in its packaging or an airtight container. For left over cake, cut it in to slices and place it in to containers and put them in the freezer. It’s so easy. Once you are ready for your cake, take it out of the freezer and place it in a nice cosy spot. Make sure your cake is at room temperature, then you’ll be able to tuck in to a delicious, moist cake.
Always keep your Sponge cake in a nice cosy spot to avoid dryness and crumbliness. Our cakes don’t like being cold, so it’s best to avoid storing it in the fridge.
